Video Game Generation

My 19 year old daughter has a group of friends that usually get together and hang out once or twice a week.

They usually tend to do the same things: go to the movies, go swimming at the Y, rent a video, play board games....things like that.

My daughter decided things were getting a tad boring and wanted to do something new.

Since it's fall and football is in the air, she thought it might be fun if the whole gang went to the park to play a friendly game of touch football. Something different.

The following is a conversation she had with the first friend (male, no less) that she called with her idea:

Egg daughter: Do you want to play football this afternoon?

Friend: What do you mean?

Egg daughter: You know... football.

Friend: Um, is that, like, a PlayStation game or something?

Egg daughter: No, it's like, where you get a ball, go outside, and throw it around.

Friend: Oh...
